Directions
To prepare Truefood Quinoa Mixed Tri Colour 400g, follow these directions:
1. Rinse the quinoa in a fine-mesh strainer under cold water.
2. In a pot, combine 1 cup of quinoa with 2 cups of water or broth.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed and the quinoa is tender.
