Directions
1. To prepare Truefood Rolled Oats, use a 1:2 ratio of oats to water. For example, for 1 cup of oats, use 2 cups of water.
2. In a pot, bring the water to a boil.
3. Stir in the Truefood Rolled Oats and reduce the heat to medium-low.
4. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are creamy and have absorbed the water.
5. Remove from heat and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
6. Add your favorite toppings such as fruits, nuts, and sweeteners, and enjoy!
