Each gummy contains (3g): Trimagnesium citrate 104 mg Providing elemental magnesium 12 mg Matricaria chamomilla L. (German chamomile) 40 mg [flower; 10:1 extract providing 400 mg of dried herb equivalent] Valeriana edulis var. ciliata (F.G. May) Cronquist 32 mg (valerian) [root; 5:1 extract providing 160 mg of dried herb equivalent] Melissa officinalis L. (lemon balm) 20 mg [leaf; 5:1 extract providing 100 mg of dried herb equivalent] Contains sugar (sucrose) 1 g per gummy and glucose syrup 1 g per gummy.

Warnings

Chill-Out Gummies are advised for short-term usage, with breaks in between, and should be administered as needed by the individual.

Directions

Children 2 to 12 years: Chew 1 gummy before bedtime. During times of severe sleeplessness or anxiousness, children aged 10 to 12 years may chew 2 gummies before bedtime
