Directions

Hot - Add boiling water to the fill line, stir and leave to stand for 2-3 minutes with the lid on. Cold - For soaked oats cover with cold water or your favourite plant-based milk and leave to soak for at least 5 minutes or overnight. TOPPINGS: Adding sliced banana or berries makes this the business. STORE IN A COOL DRY PLACE OUT OF DIRECT SUNLIGHT BEFORE AND AFTER OPENING.
