Gluten Free oats, dates, cacao powder, mesquite powder, figs, sultanas, cacao nibs, maca powder, coconut sugar, chia seeds, pea protein, moringa powder, salt, lucuma powder.
Warnings
Hot - Add boiling water to the fill line, stir and leave to stand for 2-3 minutes with the lid on.
Cold - For soaked oats cover with cold water or your favourite plant-based milk and leave to soak for at least 5 minutes or overnight.
