Contra-indications: Severe kidney or liver disease, taking anti-coagulants, and hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Please read the package insert before taking this product. Not to be used during pregnancy & whilst breastfeeding. Do not exceed the prescribed dosage. If taking iron supplements, keep dosages two hours apart.

Directions

Adults: 20-30 drops 3 times per day Children (6-12 years): 10-20 drops 3 times per day
