Ingredients
Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt), Magnesium Sulfate (Magnesium), Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender), Anthemis Nobilis (Roman Chamomile).

Directions
Soaking Instructions: Fill bath with warm water (37° - 39°). For general wellbeing, add 1/2 - 1 cup. For tired or sore muscles, add 2 cups. Soak for 20 minutes, letting the minerals absorb through the skin.
Exfoliating Instructions: Mix a handful of Epsom salt with your favourite oil or body wash. Gently massage onto wet skin, and rinse well.
