Ingredients
Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt), Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Sweet Orange), Citrus Limon (Lemon), Mentha Piperita Oil (Peppermint), Laminaria Japonica (Seaweed).

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If you’re pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition, consult with your health care practitioner before use. Keep out of reach of children.
Directions
Soaking Instructions: Fill bath with warm water (37° - 39°). For general wellbeing, add 1/2 - 1 cup. For tired or sore muscles, add 2 cups. Soak for 20 minutes, letting the minerals absorb through the skin.
Exfoliating Instructions: Mix a handful of Epsom salt with your favourite oil or body wash. Gently massage onto wet skin, and rinse well.
