Ingredients
Iron Bisglycinate Chelate (Ferrochel) 100mg, Providing Iron 20mg, 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF) 400mcg, Methylcobalamin (Vit B12) 100mcg.
Inactive ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate.
Warnings
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredients. Concomitant use with certain antibiotics, like Tetracycline and Quinolones, might decrease the absorption of these antibiotics. Concurrent use with medication, during pregnancy, lactation or by children under the age of 13 should be discussed with your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Directions
Take 1 vegecap once daily with breakfast. Suitable for adults and children older than 13 years.
