Directions
Sprinkle into cereal, yoghurt, or smoothies for extra fibre. Can also be used in baking. As a fibre supplement: Mix 1 - 2 teaspoons of psyllium husks with at least 1 glass of liquid. Take once or twice daily on an empty stomach.
