Directions
Rinse before cooking. Bring 1/2 cup quinoa to the boil with 1 cup water or stock (1 cup raw = approx. 3 cups cooked). Simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to stand, covered, for a further 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
