Suitable for Adults Children aged 13 years and above Vegetarians People following a gluten free diet Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding (we recommend consulting a GP prior to taking K2 to ensure that it's suitable). No contraindications with prescribed medications. Not suitable for Vegans (Vitamin D3 is sourced from sheep wool - lanolin) - Try our Vegan Health Spray instead. Directions

3 sprays of this product delivers 3000IU (75μg) of vitamin D and 75μg of vitamin K2. It can be taken once a day, as directed by a healthcare practitioner. It can be taken together or separately and does not need to be taken with food or water. It can be taken at any time of the day and can be combined with other oral sprays.
