These terms and conditions shall be read in junction with our Privacy Policy, as well as our general website and loyalty terms and conditions as these are incorporated herein.

  1. By downloading and using the Wellness Warehouse app (“the app”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. Should you not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not download and/or use the app.
  2. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions without giving you prior notice. Please ensure you regularly check the terms and conditions. Your continued use of the app means that you accept any updated or amended terms.
  3. To register and access the app, you will be required to provide certain personal information for security and authentication purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal information is up to date and that you inform us of any changes.
  4. We accept no liability for any damages suffered or losses incurred from unauthorised use of your personal information to access the app.
  5. Please ensure that you read our Privacy Policy to understand how and why we use your personal information.
  6. You will receive notifications and messaging services via the app. Should you download and/or use the app, you agree to receive direct marketing from Wellness Warehouse. You are able to turn off the in-app advertising or messaging by changing your settings on your mobile phone.
  7. Any online purchase made via the app are subject to the general website terms and conditions, available on our website.
  8. Downloading the app is free, however carrier network charges are associated with the download and use of the app. Wellness Warehouse shall not be responsible for any charges incurred. You are not obliged to purchase anything to download or access the app.
  9. The app requires cellular or Wi-Fi connection on your mobile device. Wellness Warehouse shall not be liable for any interruption, disconnection, interception, distortion or monitoring of your cellular or Wi-Fi connection service.
  10. Please ensure that you use the latest version of the app. It is your responsibility to update the app as and when a new update is released.
  11. It is your responsibility to delete the app from your mobile device should you not longer wish to make use of the app or if you do not agree to these terms and conditions.
  12. We reserve the right to discontinue the app, any services offered via the app or your specific use of the app for any reason whatsoever, including where you have acted contrary to the terms and conditions.
  13. Should we suspect any abuse or fraud being committed by any person in relation to the app, we reserve the right to take appropriate action.
  14. Use of the app is entirely at your own risk. Wellness Warehouse makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the functions provided by the app will be error or virus free nor that the service will be uninterrupted.
  15. Wellness Warehouse accepts no responsibility, to the extent permissible by law, for any direct or indirect, special, consequential loss or damage of any kind arising from use of the app. You agree, to the extent permissible by law, to indemnify us against any loss or damage suffered or liability incurred by reason with your use of the app.
  16. By placing an order on the app, you warrant that you are over the age of 18 years.
