Ingredients
Whey Protein (30%) Coconut Flour, Xylitol, Golden Flaxseeds, Sunflower Seeds, Psyllium Husk, Erythritol, Himalayan Salt, Xanthan Gum, Flavouring: vanilla (0.04%), Steviol Glycosides.
Warnings
Xylitol is not suitable for pets.DO NOT FEED TO DOGS!
Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
Directions
Pour 3 tablespoons (40 g) of porridge into bowl.
Add 80ml hot or cold milk and mix.
Add more as it thickens until you obtain your desired consistency.
If you want it sweeter , add some sweetener of choice.
Otherwise jazz things up with some berries and nut butter.
