Sunflower Seeds, Peptan® Hydrolyzed Collagen [28%], Xylitol, Cocoa Powder (15%), Baking Powder, Xanthan Gum.
Allergens
Packed in a factory which uses tree nuts.
Warnings
WARNING: Xylitol is not suitable for pets. DO NOT FEED TO DOGS!
Directions
To make 1 Choc Cake-in-a-Mug serving:
1) In a greased mug, add 3 tablespoons Choc Cake-in-a-Mug Premix, 1 Egg, 1 tablespoon melted Coconut Oil, 2 tablespoons Milk and mix well.
2) Microwave on high: 1 minute for saucy or 1½ minutes for moist. Remove cake from mug & serve with your favourite toppings!
