Ingredients
White quinoa.
Allergens
Packed in a facility that processes cow’s milk, egg, peanuts, tree nuts and significant cereals (gluten).
Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, decand into your container of choice and seal tightly.
Directions
1. Rinse 1 cup of quinoa under cold water in a fine-mesh strainer.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed quinoa with 2 cups of water or broth.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.
4. Remove from heat and let the quinoa sit, covered, for 5 minutes.
5. Fluff with a fork and use in your favorite recipes or as a side dish. Enjoy!
