2. Massage in gently for five to ten minutes emphasizing specific areas as follows:
Eyes: With the smaller roller, start

Forehead: With the larger roller, start at the middle of your forehead, rolling towards the right and left as shown.
Cheeks and jawline: With the large roller, start at the chin rolling up and out towards the cheeks.
