Directions

Begin at your neck to clear the lymphatic exit points. Angle the gua sha flat against your skin. Use light to medium pressure. Glide the gua sha along your brow bone towards your temple. Use feather light pressure around the delicate eye area. Glide the gua sha from your nose to your ear. Bring the movement all the way down your collarbone to promote lymphatic drainage. Move your gua sha towards your ear with a little wiggle at the end to release jaw tension. Repeat each movement 5x on each side. TIP: For a boosted cooling effect, place the gua sha in the fridge before use.
