Ingredients
Chamomile.
Directions
Use one teabag per cup. Pour over freshly boiled water, infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove teabag and serve. Teabag may be used a second time for "topping up". Chamomile tea can be served with lemon or honey to enhance flavour and enjoyment.
Store in a cool dry place away from odour. Once opened, store in a sealed container.
