Ingredients
Krill Oil yeilding 500mg, Yielding Omega-3 fatty acids (of which EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) 60 mg and DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) 27.5 mg) 110mg, Marine phospholipids 200mg, Astaxanthin (antioxidant) 25'g.
Inactive ingredients: Fish gelatine, glycerine and purified water.

Shellfish.

Directions
Adults: Take 1 - 2 capsules daily for one month, dropping the dose to 1 capsule daily or twice daily thereafter.
