The 1% plastic-free filter set also includes 3 eco-friendly, reusable and recyclable KURO-B Activated Charcoal (Binchotan) Water Filters (1 per 3L), which will only need to be replaced in 3-6 months.
Not only boasting a sought-after metal tap, the new KURO-B bamboo stand takes the dispenser to a perfect height to easily fit a water glass or bottle underneath. 1. Activate - Boil all three KURO-Bō charcoal sticks in a pan for 10 minutes, remove and cool. Sign up for
monthly reactivation e-reminders online.
2. Purify - Fill dispenser with 8L of tap water and add all three KURO-Bō sticks. Allow to purify and mineralise for 6-8 hours, or ideally overnight, at room temperature or in the fridge. Top up with water daily.
3. Reactivate - Remove the KURO-Bō sticks only to
re-boil for 10 minutes each month.
4. Replace - Recycle the KURO-Bō sticks after 3+ months
in many innovative and eco-friendly ways.
