Consult with your medical practitioner if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before starting vitamin D therapy If you are taking large doses of calcium carbonate or magnesium in the form of antacids (for heartburn), you should take this product with caution to avoid calcium and/or magnesium overdose. Nativa Complex CalMag contains sorbitol. If you have been told that you have an intolerance to some sugars, you should not take Nativa Complex CalMag. Porphyria: Safety has not been established. Tell your doctor if you are not sure about any of the above information.

Directions

Take one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening after a meal with a glass of water
