Directions
Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years old should take 1 capsule daily.
Administration: It is recommended to take the probiotic at least two hours after taking antibiotics to ensure efficacy. Continue taking the probiotic for at least one week after finishing the antibiotic course.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at or below 25°C. Protect from light.
