Ingredients
Each chewable tablet contains:
Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench (Echinacea herb) 1 500 mg
Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 100 mg
Inactive ingredients: Citric acid, isomalt, magnesium stearate, orange flavour and E110 Sunset Yellow Lake Colour Index Number: 15985:1.
Contains sweetener (21 mg CSA 80 (contains acesulfame potassium, sodium saccharin and sodium cyclamate)).
Sugar-free.
Warnings
Contains isomalt and may have a laxative effect. Hypersensitivity reactions have been reported. This may cause nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, vomiting and skin rashes. Use with caution if you are allergic to the Asteraceae/Compositae plant family. Members of this family include ragweed, chrysanthemums, marigolds, daisies, and many other herbs.
Directions
Prophylactic Use: (to assist in preventing upper respiratory tract infections):
Children 5-9 years: Chew 1 chew tablet daily.
Children above 10 years of age : Chew 1-2 chew tablet/s daily.
Acute Use: (at the first sign of an upper respiratory tract infection):
Children 5-9 years: Chew 1 chew tablet daily.
Children above 10 years of age: Chew 2 chew tablets daily.
If the symptoms worsen or persist, please consult your healthcare practitioner.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store in a cool, dry place at or below 25 °C.
Keep the container tightly closed. Protect from light.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
