Ingredients
One scoop (5ml) provides: L-Glutamine powder 4 500 mg and N-Acetyl-L-Glutamine powder 500 mg.

Directions
Adults:
- Take one (1) scoop daily with water or juice on an empty stomach, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
- For optimal results, take a dosage within 90 minutes following your workout or as a last dosage prior to bedtime.
- Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
