Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, decand into your container of choice and seal tightly.
Directions
To cook the Truefood Brown Lentils 400g, first rinse the lentils thoroughly under running water. Then, soak the lentils in fresh water for at least 2 hours or overnight to reduce cooking time.
Once soaked, add the lentils to a pot of boiling water, using a 1:3 ratio of lentils to water. Simmer for 20-30 minutes or until they are tender but still hold their shape.
You can also add the lentils to soups, stews, or salads for added nutritional value. Enjoy!
