Packed in a facility that processes cow’s milk, egg, peanuts, tree nuts and significant cereals (gluten).

Warnings

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, decand into your container of choice and seal tightly.

Directions

1. Rinse the green split peas under cold water in a colander. 2. In a large pot, add 4 cups of water for every 1 cup of green split peas. 3. Bring the water to a boil, then add the green split peas. 4. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot, simmering the peas for 30-45 minutes or until they are tender. 5. Stir occasionally and add more water if necessary to prevent sticking. 6. Once the green split peas are tender, they are ready to be used in soups, stews, or as a side dish. Enjoy! 7. Store any leftover cooked green split peas in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
