Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, decand into your container of choice and seal tightly.

Directions

To cook Truefood Mung Beans, follow these instructions: 1. Rinse 1 cup of Mung Beans under running water to remove any dirt or debris. 2. In a pot, add 3 cups of water for every 1 cup of Mung Beans and bring to a boil. 3. Once boiling, reduce the heat to simmer and cover the pot. 4. Cook for 20-30 minutes or until the Mung Beans are tender. 5. Drain any excess water and the Mung Beans are ready to be used in soups, salads, or other dishes. Enjoy!
