Ingredients

Pearled Barley.

Allergens

Packed in a facility that processes cow’s milk, egg, peanuts, tree nuts and significant cereals (gluten).

Warnings

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, decand into your container of choice and seal tightly.

Directions

To cook Truefood Pearled Barley: 1. Rinse the pearled barley under cold water in a fine mesh sieve. 2. In a pot, combine 1 cup of pearled barley with 3 cups of water or broth. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cover the pot. 4. Cook for 45-50 minutes, or until the barley is tender and the liquid is absorbed. 5. Fluff the barley with a fork and serve as a side dish or add to soups and salads. Enjoy!
