Ingredients
Red quinoa.
Allergens
Packed in a facility that processes cow’s milk, egg, peanuts, tree nuts and significant cereals (gluten).
Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, decand into your container of choice and seal tightly.
Directions
1. Rinse 1 cup of Truefood - Quinoa Red 400g in a fine mesh strainer under cold running water for 1-2 minutes.
2. Place the rinsed quinoa in a pot and add 2 cups of water or broth.
3. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover the pot with a lid.
4. Simmer the quinoa for 15-20 minutes, or until all the liquid is absorbed.
5. Fluff the quinoa with a fork and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
6. Enjoy as a side dish or as a base for salads, stir-fries, or other recipes.
