Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, decand into your container of choice and seal tightly.
Directions
1. Rinse the Thai Black Rice thoroughly under cold running water to remove any excess starch.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of Thai Black Rice with 2 cups of water.
3. Bring the rice to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the saucepan with a lid.
4. Simmer the rice for 30-35 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed and the rice is tender.
5. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot as a side dish or as the base for a main meal.
6. Store any leftover cooked rice in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
