Directions

Apply oil to the area that you will be massaging. You can choose our Citrus Body Massage Oil (anti-cellulite) or you can use your own oil but we do recommend using something pure such as coconut oil, cacao butter, etc. Start at your ankles and gently glide the tool up the calf muscle towards the inner thigh in an upwards motion. Repeat this 3-5 times per leg. Holding the tool in a vertical position, use soft upward strokes towards the outer thigh. Repeat this 3 - 5 times per leg. Massage the back of the legs by holding the tool in a vertical position. (You can use a step-ladder or chair for reaching the back of the knees), as you stroke in an upwards motion. Massage the arms by holding your gua sha in a vertical position, practice smooth and gentle strokes as you glide the tool from wrist to armpit. Release this motion on the outer part of your arm. Repeat 3-5 times. To massage the waist, hold the tool in a vertical position, starting from the ribcage moving downwards towards the hips. Repeat this action 3 to 5 times per side.
