4 med-sized beetroots, steamed and peeled
200g red kidney beans, cooked
1 Tbsp Tahini
5 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Quinoa, cooked in bone broth
Dash of fresh lemon juice
Blend all ingredients together. You may need to add some boiling water or water from the steamed beetroots, to reach your desired consistency.
