Simply squeeze the cream onto your hand, warm it by rubbing between your fingers to ensure a smooth velvety quality, and use your fingertips to apply the desired amount wherever you want it (No applicator included).
YES OB and YES OB Vanilla are also perfect for massage.
Care note: YES OB may occasionally present with a slightly grainy texture, which is easily remedied. Simply warm the inverted tube in a mug of hot water, so it is completely liquid, shake to mix, then place in the fridge to cool quickly. This will restore the perfect smoothness of the YES OB texture. This is a function of using exclusively natural ingredients which are temperature sensitive. The product is perfectly safe to use
