Flax seeds, flour, brewers yeast, salt, baking soda, fennel, sugar, rolled oats, desiccated coconut, chia seeds.

Directions
Just Add:
1/4 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1 Egg
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Press into a baking pan or roll into cookies.
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 1-15 minutes or until golden brown
