Wellness Apple Cider Vinegar Elixir

Our Co-Founder Sean Gomes swears by a simple daily apple cider vinegar health elixir that you can make at home each morning too. Apple cider vinegar boasts a myriad health benefits' from regulating blood sugar levels and supporting weight loss to improving skin and gut health, reducing acid reflux and indigestion and more. It's also a great gentle natural detoxifier. It's important to remember that not all apple cider vinegars are created equal. To get all the health benefits, it's best to use organic, raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with what's known as the 'mother' ' strands of proteins, enzymes and friendly bacteria responsible for most of the vinegar's goodness.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Wellness Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • A dash of Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 glass of warm or hot water
Method

To make this Apple Cider Vinegar Elixir, simply add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, two tablespoons of lemon juice, a teaspoon of ground ginger, a quarter of a teaspoon of cinnamon and a dash of cayenne pepper to a glass of warm or hot water. You can sweeten it with a teaspoon of good quality honey.
